I was fortunate enough to dine at the Summit Restaurant three times during one week. Yes you hear me right! Three very important occasions that the Summit was ideal for:
1 ).  Date night with hubby,
2 ).  Sunday girls lunch and
3 ).  The in-laws in town.
As I have mentioned previously I am definitely one to analyse everything and expect quality and consistency, in particular when food is involved! I have to say that dining at the Summit Restaurant three times in such a short space of time, I was impressed! The experience and food were consistent (all apart from one dish, but it wasn’t the quality that was lacking it was that the salad had an entirely different composition to that when I dined only two night prior, it was still delicious though).

The venue is an amalgamation of old school Queenslander rustic charm coupled with a clean lined sophistication. It works well and obviously caters for different target markets, from the family Sunday lunch-ers, to the romantic dinner for two.

I know that they have live music on the weekends, but unfortunately I missed out on this. I’m not sorry about this, as it gives me another reason to head up to the Summit to indulge in tantalising three of my senses in particular, taste, sight – the view is breathtaking, especially at night, AND sound.
