Saké, located on the upper level at Eagle Street Pier, epitomises the funky and diverse designer spaces that (I think secretly) we all want to dine in (on a regular basis).

Perched on the waterfront, this inner-city modern Japanese venue combines a divine ‘local flavour’ menu (kitchen led by Executive Chef Shaun Presland), with an extensive and mouth-watering list of beverages that include sake, shochu-based cocktails and umeshu [plum wine] varieties. The venue offers stylish indoor/outdoor spaces as well as a variety of dining options for private dining or functions.

Of course there needs to be an extensive and dynamic team to achieve consistent and exacting standards. Restaurant Manager Ashleigh McMillan ensures customers enjoy a high level of service, Bar Manager Mark Pinel oversees an innovative drinks menu & Sake Sommelier Miriam McLachlan unites her passion for Japanese beverages with extensive training expertise.
